We deliver Pan India. We currently ship our gift hampers, candles, and other products to all serviceable pin codes across India through our courier partners. In rare cases, certain remote or restricted pin codes may not be serviceable — if this affects your order, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-6 business days of order confirmation. During festive seasons (e.g. Diwali, Rakhi) or for customised/corporate bulk orders, processing may take longer — we will inform you of the expected timeline at the time of order.

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your hamper arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours/days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we will arrange a resolution as per our [Return or Exchange Policy].
